Proper use of the Wrist Wrap

- The cover is not removable
- Lay the product flat for viewing. There is a wide side and a narrow side of the wrap. If injury is ore to the fingers - put the wide side at the top of wrap before applying. If the injury is ore to the wrist - put the wide side at the bottom before applying. The thumb goes through nole and secure the wrap with the straps
